Custom Two-Colour Plastic Raptor Rings for Great Bustard Research

A Great Bustard research team at a Hungarian national park required a two-colour plastic raptor ring that was not available as a routine catalogue construction: 40 mm high with two 20 mm colour sections, different internal diameters for male and female birds, and identity carried entirely by the colour pair. Zheye translated the customer's colour schedule, dimensions and field-readability requirements into a manufacturable specification, reviewed colour availability, coordinated substitutes and schedule revisions, and controlled the small batch by size and colour combination.

Direct-to-Product SKU Identification Rings for Warehouse Inventory Control

A US industrial product manufacturer needed a more direct way to classify and identify more than 250 SKUs through warehouse and internal material flows. Zheye developed a red-anodised aluminium identification ring around the customer's product interface, carrying each SKU nomenclature on a component that moves with the physical item. The project progressed from dimensions, material and colour requirements through iterative type and spacing proofs, first-article approval and a four-SKU sample batch. The samples were delivered with positive initial feedback on appearance, and the customer is now evaluating implementation into its product line. The case demonstrates custom identification from physical interface and controlled SKU data through artwork revision and segregated packing; it does not represent a confirmed high-volume supply programme.

Custom High-Contrast Cage Number Plates for Fast Enclosure Identification

An animal-care operation needed compact cage identifiers that could be recognized quickly during routine handling. Zheye translated the functional requirement into a bold high-contrast number plate, a compact shaped profile and a matched slotted mounting interface. The sample demonstrates our ability to combine readable information hierarchy, custom geometry and practical attachment details within a tightly controlled part, while material, quantity and final installation remain customer-specific.

Compact End-Cap Identification for Lamp Tube Traceability

An equipment customer needed group and reference information placed directly at the end of a lamp tube, where the available marking area was small and the electrical pins had to remain clear. Zheye adapted the information layout to the compact end-cap zone, using strong contrast and a multi-line hierarchy to keep the identifier concentrated on the component. The sample demonstrates our ability to fit customer data and graphics into restricted geometry, control placement near functional interfaces and repeat the design across grouped parts, while material, process and long-term performance remain project-specific.
