Website analytics and quotation privacy

Our optional, first-party analytics runs only with your consent. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not prevent you from viewing the site or sending a quotation request.

What the analytics records

When you accept, we record the pages you view, their order, estimated active time while the page is visible and recently used, the referrer website and path, campaign parameters, device category, and an approximate country or region when the hosting platform supplies it.

The server may transform the connection IP address into a short-lived privacy-protective network token for abuse control and broad deduplication. We do not store the full IP address in the analytics tables and we do not use third-party IP enrichment.

Identifiers and purpose

Your browser creates random anonymous visitor and session identifiers. They are not generated from your IP address. We use these records to understand navigation, useful products and cases, campaign performance, and estimated engagement.

Quotation request linking

If you accepted analytics before submitting a quotation request, the request can be linked to that anonymous session so we can see which pages led to the enquiry. Without analytics consent, we retain only the form source page and approved campaign fields submitted with the request.

Retention

Detailed anonymous sessions and page visits are retained for no more than 90 days. Quotation request records are retained for up to 2 years for customer service, follow-up and business records, unless a longer period is legally required.

Your choice

You can reject analytics in the consent notice. You can also withdraw a previous acceptance on this device at any time; withdrawal deletes the local analytics identifiers and stops new analytics events.
