What this product covers
This product is intended for wire-harness manufacturers, equipment wiring, panel assembly and electrical-installation teams. The marker follows wire through cut, sleeve, termination, continuity test and assembly, with identity matching drawing, wire list and endpoints. Select heat-shrink, sleeve, wrap or flag from diameter, termination sequence, bend and reading space before print. Flexible adhesive labels that wrap fully or partially around larger cables, hoses and conduits. Wrap-around cable labels are sized from cable diameter, required overlap, curvature and data area. Material flexibility and adhesive must be compatible with the cable jacket and service environment. The full label face wraps the cable, while self-laminating labels reserve a separate clear protective tail. Zheye controls metal plates, layout and variable data; polyimide, polyester and wire-marker materials are sourced by declared construction and process class.
