What this product covers
This product is intended for wire-harness manufacturers, equipment wiring, panel assembly and electrical-installation teams. The marker follows wire through cut, sleeve, termination, continuity test and assembly, with identity matching drawing, wire list and endpoints. Select heat-shrink, sleeve, wrap or flag from diameter, termination sequence, bend and reading space before print. Wrap labels with a printable zone and clear overlaminating tail for wires and small cables. Self-laminating labels wrap around the conductor so the clear tail covers and protects the printed field. Printable-zone height, total length and overlap are calculated from the cable diameter. The transparent tail provides integral print protection without heat shrinking or disconnecting the wire. Zheye controls metal plates, layout and variable data; polyimide, polyester and wire-marker materials are sourced by declared construction and process class.
