What this product covers
This product is intended for wire-harness manufacturers, equipment wiring, panel assembly and electrical-installation teams. The marker follows wire through cut, sleeve, termination, continuity test and assembly, with identity matching drawing, wire list and endpoints. Select heat-shrink, sleeve, wrap or flag from diameter, termination sequence, bend and reading space before print. Printable heat-shrink sleeves for permanent wire and cable identification before termination. Heat-shrink markers are selected from the wire outside diameter before and after shrinking, shrink ratio, recovered diameter and installation temperature. Print method and sleeve length are matched to the identifier and handling. The sleeve shrinks around the wire and is normally installed before the connector, unlike adhesive wrap labels. Zheye controls metal plates, layout and variable data; polyimide, polyester and wire-marker materials are sourced by declared construction and process class.
