What this product covers
This product is intended for warehouse operations, inventory control, picking, replenishment, forklift and intralogistics teams. The label maps racks, levels, bins, pallets or totes to WMS locations and inventory records for put-away, picking, counting and moves. Set location hierarchy, barcode size and orientation from working distance and scanner before attachment, colour and wear resistance. Durable serial plates and tags for reusable pallets, stillages and material-handling frames. Pallet identification plates remain attached through repeated handling, stacking and transport. Plate profile, corner radius and mounting are matched to wood, plastic or metal pallet construction. This mechanically fixed reusable-asset identifier is more durable than a one-way shipping label. Zheye controls layout, codes and serialized output. Magnetic, retroreflective and adhesive constructions use purchased materials identified by product class. - State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
