Product overview

What this product covers

This product is intended for warehouse operations, inventory control, picking, replenishment, forklift and intralogistics teams. The label maps racks, levels, bins, pallets or totes to WMS locations and inventory records for put-away, picking, counting and moves. Set location hierarchy, barcode size and orientation from working distance and scanner before attachment, colour and wear resistance. Repositionable magnetic identifiers for steel racks, bins and changing Lean or 5S locations. Magnetic warehouse labels provide a non-adhesive identifier that can move with a product family or storage slot. Magnet thickness, label size and printed face are selected for the steel surface and handling frequency. A magnetic backer allows clean relocation, unlike permanent adhesive rack labels. Zheye controls layout, codes and serialized output. Magnetic, retroreflective and adhesive constructions use purchased materials identified by product class. This page presents one standard model, WH-05, in Flexible magnetic sheeting. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs

  1. Magnetic Warehouse Labels; WMS location or unit data, barcode rule, scanner and distance, surface, colours, quantity and zone packing.
  2. State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
  3. Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
  4. Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
  5. State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
  6. Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
