Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for cold-store operations, cold-chain warehouses, frozen-food and low-temperature logistics teams. The label must remain readable and scannable through low temperature, condensation, frost and cleaning, while surface temperature also affects application. Confirm minimum and application temperatures, condensation and substrate before low-temperature adhesive, magnetic or mechanical construction and trial. Rack, bin and location labels reviewed for refrigerated or frozen installation and service conditions. Cold-storage labels are selected from the application temperature, service temperature, condensation, frost and substrate. Installation inside an operating freezer can require a different adhesive construction from labels applied before cooling. Temperature at application and temperature during service are both controlled, unlike ordinary warehouse labels. Zheye controls layout, codes and serialized output. Magnetic, retroreflective and adhesive constructions use purchased materials identified by product class. This page presents one standard model, WH-09-PET, in Low-temperature polyester label stock. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Cold-Storage Warehouse Labels; minimum and application temperature, substrate, condensation and cleaning, scan distance, mounting, quantity and trial requirement.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
