This product is intended for engine, axle, gearbox and transport-component manufacturers, remanufacturers and quality-traceability teams. The plate links component model, serial and approved parameters to production, test, vehicle fitment and service records. Set component data and installation envelope before construction for oil, heat, vibration, curvature and interface. Compact metal plates for drivetrain, axle, gearbox and transport-component model and serial data. Component plates carry dense identity and rating fields in a small area exposed to oil, heat, vibration and cleaning. Plate thickness, curvature and mounting pattern are matched to the housing drawing. The compact, mechanically mounted component format is tailored to drivetrain and transport assemblies. Zheye manufactures metal identity plates and controls variable data. Adhesive label stock and security constructions are sourced; the vehicle, vessel or component manufacturer owns identifier and rating authority.
