Product overview

What this product covers

This product is intended for retail loss-prevention, store inventory, supply-chain tracking and electronic-seal system teams. The electronic label or seal links item or closure state to system records for inventory, loss prevention, handover or exception alerts. Define the business event and reader equipment before EAS/RFID technology, placement, encoding, tamper response and validation. RFID-enabled seals designed to combine an electronic identifier with visible or electrical tamper indication. RFID seals use a closure or label construction intended to change when opened or removed. The precise tamper response, RFID memory and attachment are selected for the door, container, bag or enclosure. The electronic identity is integrated with a controlled seal function rather than applied as a reusable asset label. Every quotation states the chip/inlay model, frequency, memory, housing and encoding service. Zheye does not substitute an unspecified RFID chip under a generic product name. This page presents one standard model, SI-08-TAMPER-EVIDENT-LABEL, in PET tamper-evident face stock with RFID inlay. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

  2. State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
  3. Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
  4. Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
  5. State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
