Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for warehouse printing, logistics dispatch, work-in-process and retail back-office operators. Direct-thermal or thermal-transfer labels carry barcode, lot, address or product data through receiving, production, picking and dispatch. Confirm printer, printhead, ribbon, core and media path before stock and adhesive for life, abrasion, temperature and substrate. Scannable 1D and 2D code labels for cartons, cases, units and supply-chain packaging. Packaging barcode labels are built from the chosen symbology, data content, printer or preprint method and scanner environment. Code size, quiet zone, contrast and placement are checked at final artwork scale. Machine readability and data validation are the primary controls, beyond the appearance of a general product label. Zheye controls artwork and variable-data output using purchased paper, film, adhesive and ribbon constructions. Performance claims apply to the quoted material combination, not to an unnamed generic label. This page presents one standard model, PL-04-PAPER, in Coated paper. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
