Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for chemical production, EHS, regulatory affairs, warehouse and dangerous-goods packaging teams. The container label carries customer-approved product, hazard, supplier and lot information and remains readable through transport, storage, chemical and cleaning exposure. The customer approves applicable rules and final hazard content first, then material, adhesive, size and protection are selected for the drum, can or pack. Chemical container labels printed from customer-approved hazard, product and supplier information. GHS label projects begin with the approved safety data and jurisdiction-specific artwork. The customer controls product identifier, signal word, pictograms and statements; Zheye selects a physical label construction for the container, chemicals and environment. Regulated hazard fields and container exposure require controlled customer content and material review. Zheye controls artwork and variable-data output using purchased paper, film, adhesive and ribbon constructions. Performance claims apply to the quoted material combination, not to an unnamed generic label. This page presents one standard model, PL-06-PET, in Polyester film. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.
