Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for cold-chain warehouses, food and pharmaceutical logistics, laboratory specimen transport and temperature-controlled packaging quality teams. The label follows the pack through chilled or frozen storage, condensation and temperature change, keeping barcode, lot and handling data readable through dispatch and receipt. Confirm application temperature, minimum temperature, condensation, container material and transit duration before low-temperature adhesive, stock, print and protection. Packaging and logistics labels selected for refrigerated, frozen and condensation-prone distribution. Cold-chain labels are selected from the temperature at application, service temperature, moisture, frost and package substrate. A label applied warm before freezing may need a different construction from one applied to an already cold surface. The thermal history and condensation profile are controlled in addition to ordinary print and adhesive requirements. Zheye controls artwork and variable-data output using purchased paper, film, adhesive and ribbon constructions. Performance claims apply to the quoted material combination, not to an unnamed generic label. This page presents one standard model, PL-08-LOW-TEMPERATURE-DIRECT-T, in Low-temperature direct-thermal label stock. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Cold-Chain Packaging Labels; application and minimum temperature, pack substrate, condensation and transit duration, print and scan equipment, size, quantity and trial.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
