What this product covers
This product is intended for conference and exhibition organisers, registration providers, exhibitor operations, sponsors and on-site check-in teams. Large text shows name, organisation, title or attendee class for face-to-face interaction, while an optional QR or barcode supports check-in, sessions or lead capture. Unlike a transfer-resistant wristband, it centres on fast on-site print, readable names, consistent class colours and correct lanyard orientation. Confirm registration fields, maximum name length, front and back, printer, holder or lanyard, colour groups and packing by attendee class. Recommended project inputs
- Conference & Event Name Badges; registration data sample, fields and maximum characters, attendee classes and colours, front and back artwork, printer, holder or lanyard, quantity and packing.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
