Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for boat builders, marine-equipment manufacturers, shipyard service teams and coastal projects. The plate follows the hull or equipment through build, survey, delivery and service records and must remain readable in salt, moisture and cleaning exposure. First distinguish hull identity, capacity or equipment use, then confirm approved data, alloy, finish, fastening and galvanic-corrosion risk. Salt-exposure-reviewed identification plates for marine and coastal equipment. Marine equipment plates are specified around salt spray, washdown, outdoor exposure and the galvanic relationship with the mounting surface. Marking depth and fasteners are considered with the selected metal. The distinguishing requirement is the marine exposure and material-fastener compatibility, not simply an equipment name. Zheye cuts, marks and finishes metal plates from released drawings and variable-data files. This page presents one standard model, MP-12-SS316, in 316 stainless steel. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Marine Equipment Plates; vessel or equipment type, approved identity or capacity data, marine exposure, mounting metal, size, holes and quantity.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
