This product is intended for equipment OEMs, contract manufacturers, system integrators, and retrofit or service teams. The plate follows the drawing, BOM and equipment number through assembly, FAT, delivery and service, giving operators a fixed reference for model, serial and equipment identity. Start with the equipment fields, artwork revision and numbering rule, then confirm this model's material suitability, thickness and holes or adhesive for the service environment. Durable identification plates for machine model, manufacturer, serial and operating information. Machine nameplates organise the essential identity of a machine into a readable, repeatable format. - Machine Nameplates; equipment type, approved drawing or sample, field list, service environment, mounting method, quantity and serial-number file.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
