The plate follows the drawing, BOM and equipment number through assembly, FAT, delivery and service, giving operators a fixed reference for model, serial and equipment identity. Start with the equipment fields, artwork revision and numbering rule, then confirm this model's material suitability, thickness and holes or adhesive for the service environment. Non-standard plate profiles with drawing-controlled edges, holes, slots and marking areas. Custom-shaped metal plates are cut around an installation envelope, branding outline or mechanical interface.
