What this product covers
This product is intended for quality engineers, compliance owners, regulated-equipment manufacturers, and aerospace or defence supply-chain teams. The plate fixes customer-approved UID/IUID, certification, rating or traceability fields to the item and links them to controlled technical and inspection records; the plate itself does not create certification. Confirm the governing specification, data owner, artwork revision and machine-readable requirement before material, verification and delivery records. Controlled plates carrying customer-approved compliance, certification and traceability fields. Compliance plates reproduce only the marks, standards and statements supplied and authorised by the customer. Zheye manufactures the physical plate and controlled data layout; the customer remains responsible for the regulatory claim. This page includes an explicit approval boundary and is not a claim that Zheye certifies the equipment. Zheye cuts, marks and finishes metal plates from released drawings and variable-data files. Recommended project inputs
- Compliance & Certification Plates; governing specification, customer-approved data and artwork, data owner, code rule, material environment, inspection and document requirements.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.

- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
