Product overview

What this product covers

This product is intended for biobanks, research laboratories, clinical-trial sample managers and low-temperature storage teams. The label maps vial, box position and specimen identity to LIMS or sample databases and must tolerate freezing, condensation and repeated handling. Confirm minimum and application temperatures, container size and scan workflow before stock, adhesive, barcode and printer. Labels intended for application to already cold or frozen boxes, racks and containers after protocol validation. Applying a label to a frozen surface introduces frost, moisture and low initial tack. The surface preparation, application temperature, dwell and return-to-storage process are part of the qualification. The label must bond during cold application, not merely survive low temperature after a warm application. Laboratory labels and wristbands are supplied by declared material SKU and service class. Temperature and chemical claims apply only to that selected construction and its stated substrate. This page presents one standard model, LH-02, in Cold-application polyester label construction. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs

  1. Frozen-Surface Laboratory Labels; container model and size, storage and application temperature, specimen fields, barcode rule, printer, freeze-thaw handling and quantity.
  2. State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
  3. Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
  4. Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
  5. State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
  6. Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
  7. Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
