Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for process-plant maintenance, piping engineers, valve service crews and EPC site teams. The marker must match the P&ID, line number, valve number, service and flow direction so crews find the correct asset for inspection, isolation and maintenance. Verify tag and service fields first, then select by installation diameter, temperature, corrosion, viewing distance and tie method. Large-format route, service and direction markers for outdoor or plant pipelines. Pipeline markers are designed around viewing distance, pipe direction and exposed mounting positions. They may carry service text, route numbers and customer-approved flow information. Compared with small pipe identification tags, pipeline markers use larger readable fields and mounting suited to long runs or remote viewing. Zheye produces the marked metal tag or plate. Cable ties, banding and specialist fasteners are supplied as matched bought-in components. This page presents one standard model, UV-08-AL-ANOD, in Anodized aluminium. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Pipeline Markers; P&ID or tag list, service and flow direction, installation diameter, environment, viewing distance, attachment and quantity.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
