This product is intended for raptor research, wildlife rehabilitation, falconry associations and authorised breeding programmes. Its body forms an overlapping lock at the programme-approved tarsal site and the number maps to individual, release, resighting, recovery or breeding records. Inside diameter, height, wall, overlap and dedicated lock-on applicator are one matched specification; it is not produced or fitted as an ordinary open ring.
