Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for licensed bat workers, university ecology teams, roost monitoring and capture-recapture programmes. The forearm-band number links to capture site, species, age or sex, measurements and recapture records; size and edge finish are central to fit. Use the programme-approved construction from permit, species and forearm measurement before number, material, closure and tool. Small lightweight lipped forearm bands produced to an authorised bat-study geometry and unique numbering schedule. Bat bands are fitted around the forearm, not through wing tissue. They require low mass, smooth lipped edges and tightly controlled dimensions from the responsible research programme's authorised design and handling protocol. The lipped forearm-band profile, weight sensitivity and edge requirements are fundamentally different from bird leg rings. Zheye forms and marks the ring, band, collar or tag to the released programme schedule. The responsible wildlife programme selects species fit, attachment protocol and legal authorization. This page presents one standard model, BW-25, in Lightweight aluminium grade stated on the released order. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Bat Wing Bands; survey permit, species, approved size or drawing, number range, material, applicator and packing.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
