Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for equipment asset managers, service organisations, laboratory equipment owners and after-sales teams. The label links equipment to asset registers, instructions, service or warranty records and is often used where drilling a flat surface is undesirable. Confirm the substrate and surface condition first, then select metal or film face, adhesive, code, cleaning and service environment. Compact QR-linked labels for asset records, instructions and digital information access. QR Code asset labels combine a readable physical identifier with a link or encoded record. Code size, contrast, quiet zone and expected scanning distance are reviewed with the label material. The QR Code is variable marking on an adhesive label; rigid metal QR tags remain available under industrial tags and nameplates. Zheye controls artwork, serialization, cutting and inspection; face stock and pressure-sensitive adhesive are purchased by declared construction. The quote identifies the material family and any validated exposure rating. This page presents one standard model, AL-04-AL-ANOD, in Anodized aluminium foil. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.
