Product overview
What this product covers
This product is intended for process engineers, production-quality teams, laboratories and users with heat or chemical exposure. The label must remain attached and readable through the customer's actual temperature profile, dwell, media, cleaning and substrate conditions; the material name alone is insufficient. Collect the full exposure and validate a sample before face stock, protection, adhesive, print and acceptance method. Labels selected against named chemicals, cleaning cycles and substrate conditions. Chemical-resistant label projects start with the exact fluid, concentration, contact method, cleaning frequency and service life. Material and adhesive are proposed only after this exposure is understood. Named chemical exposure and cleaning practice are the primary selection criteria, not a broad unsupported resistance claim. Zheye controls artwork, serialization, cutting and inspection; face stock and pressure-sensitive adhesive are purchased by declared construction. The quote identifies the material family and any validated exposure rating. This page presents one standard model, AL-07-PET, in Polyester. Dimensions, processes and acceptance notes on this page refer to this representative construction.

Recommended project inputs
- Chemical-Resistant Labels; temperature profile or chemical names, contact time, cleaning process, substrate, service life, print content and test requirement.
- State the identified object, material/surface, available space, orientation, holes/ties/adhesive/matched tool and provide a site photo where possible.
- Provide length, width/diameter, thickness, corners/edges, holes/slots, fit tolerances and any keep-clear or no-adhesive zones.
- Supply final text, units, graphics, colour, language, serial/barcode/RFID rule, human-readable data and one approved revision; numbers shown in sample images are never treated as production data.
- State temperature and dwell, indoor/outdoor use, UV, water, oil, cleaner/chemical, abrasion, vibration, read conditions or other real exposure together with test method and pass/fail criterion.
- Provide prototype and production quantity, start/end and permitted-gap rules, grouping, packing sequence, batch documents and target delivery.
- Where regulation, certification, permit, ethics, brand authorisation or customer specification applies, provide the applicable revision and owner-approved file; a product name or image cannot replace it.
